This session is a one day instructional module focused on creating a format which managers can use to run highly effective meetings with direct reports, peers and senior management.  The training is designed to offer participants quick, effective and simple tools to disseminate data, manage projects and offer directions in a standard meeting environment.  Content is also included for managing video, web-based and teleconferencing meetings.
